In his previous positions as legal advisor to the Bucharest office of Linklaters as well as name partner of Constantinovici, McCann & Associates, Theodor gathered extensive expertise centred on real estate acquisitions, planning and construction, as well as real estate project finance, having managed projects with significant impact on the Romanian market and being particularly successful in advising on intricate office development transactions. Theodor has received recognition for his abilities to provide clients with high quality legal advice in the shortest possible time and for this achievements in finding the best legal solutions in otherwise difficult situations.
As partner of The Law Chamber, Theodor is devoted to most areas of corporate and commercial law, with emphasis on large-scale real estate acquisitions, FIDIC-based constructions and asset project finance.
As a legal professional, Theodor graduated magna cum laude from the Law School of the Nicolae Titulescu University of Bucharest and holds an LLM degree in criminal sciences.
